Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice — review with counsel before relying on it.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Your content and code
You own the content you create on Forge — your projects, journals, and messages — and the code Forge AI generates for you. You grant Forge a license to host and display content you make public so the platform can function. Private content stays private.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Forge to break the law, infringe others' rights, spam, harass, or abuse the AI or platform (including attempts to circumvent usage limits). We may suspend accounts that do.
4. AI features
Forge uses third-party AI models (e.g. Anthropic). AI output can be wrong or insecure — review it before relying on or shipping it. You are responsible for what you build and deploy.
5. Payments
Paid credits are processed by Stripe. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.
6. Termination
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your data is removed per our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer & liability
Forge is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
